Worm Equipment Reducers also referred to as worm gearbox or worm rate reducers. Worm equipment reducers are used for speed reduction and increasing the torque for electrical engine drives. You can decide to mount your NEMA motor to the reducer by using the NEMA C encounter flange or make use of a coupling.
